You think you need more time. It always seems like there’s never enough. But you don’t really need more time. You need more presence.
Time is merely a mental projection. Past and future exist as ideas in your mind, but they don’t have an independent existence out there in reality. If you look deeply, you discover that the only true reality is this present moment. The now is all there ever is.
Time is useful for practical purposes, but ultimately it’s a psychological illusion. When you become present in the now, that illusion begins to dissolve. As the illusion flickers and fades away, time loses its tyrannical power over you.
When you’re fully present in this moment, there is no time. You’re free from the heavy psychological burden of past and future, free from all regret and anxiety. Whenever you enter a state of deep presence, there is no past or future. There is only now.
In this eternal now, you are present, aware, conscious. You are one with this moment and one with life. You’ve been liberated from the tyranny of time, so you have all the time in the world.
